Ok! I realize that most of you probably don’t know who Red Skelton is or was. He was a comedian that had a TV show way back when. Back when you had to get up and walk over to the TV to turn it on, but you didn’t have to worry about changing channels, because there was only one channel.
For volume you did have to walk over to the TV to adjust it. (No worries we got exercise in those days just by using the TV.)

We’ve all hopefully experienced those wonderful, take-your-breath-away kind of moments, where something happens that makes us insanely happy and no-one can wipe the smile off your face, right? Admittedly, those moments are usually quite rare – but I guess that’s what makes them so special.
However, I believe that you can find, create or experience happiness every single day of your life. In my last post I was talking about the REAL PATHWAY to happiness. I found myself in this situation during the Christmas and New Year season. My happiness within was clearly put to the test big time and I did come out on top.
Let me explain a little history. My lovely husband, God bless him is on this kick of wanting to retire. I can really understand this, but one cannot get obsessed with something that isn’t going to happen for a few years and let it take away your daily happiness. After all it’s not like he is 65 years old. He has a little ways to go, yet. I do understand his wanting to retire and all that, but I refuse to let his fears destroy my happiness on a daily bases.
I really have to laugh when I see and hear people that say they want nothing more than to be happy. Then they sit there and do nothing about it. Your children are watching you and will learn by your behavior. Learn to go out and Dance in the Rain Get out of your comfort zone or box and choose happiness. I did an article a while back on “Why some people are not Happy and other people very happy.”
In that article I was trying to point out that money really isn’t the answer to happiness. I do know that yes, in some ways it sure can help. Hey, I’m not that dumb, but it sure isn’t what makes one happy day after day, week after week and year after year.
When we have a problem what is the first things we have to figure out?
1.Where the problem is coming from? 
2.Why we have this problem.
I was sitting there last night watching the president talk and I really had to laugh.
These politicians come into the room and are kissing and hugging each other. What a show. Now tell me what would happen if you had a room full of college kids that started hugging and kissing each other when they walked to their class room? When young people go into a class room they go in to learn and get something accomplished. Isn’t that what politicians are suppose to be doing. Listening and getting something accomplished.
The very purpose of life is to love and Be happy. From the core of our being, we desire Happiness. I have found that the more we care for the happiness and contentment of others the greater our own sense of happiness grows. This helps remove our fears or insecurities we have and gives us the strength to cope with obstacles we encounter daily. We are not solely material creatures and it would be a mistake to place our hopes for happiness on external development alone.
Compassion can start with a simple smile. Here is a bowl of smiles I would like you to help me spread them around.
