We all have habits that we could change for the better, I do anyway, don’t you? Are you looking at your life in a positive way or negative way? Has this become a habit?
We all know that attitude has a lot to do with happiness. Something goes wrong during the day and we talk to ourselves and say, “Man that always happens to me.” Now what if you could change what you say when things don’t go right. Instead of “Man that always happens to me,” you would say, “Don’t know why that happened, but something good can come out of it, it always does.”
How to choose happiness after a break-up

Learning how to get over the end of a relationship can be tough. You may have heard the phrase ‘time heals all wounds’ – this is particularly true in the case of getting over break up. Without allowing yourself the appropriate time and space in which to heal, you will not be successful in knowing how to get over a break up and move on.
Getting back to happy
When you or your partner ended the relationship, you most likely went through a lot of emotions – including sadness, fear, anger and resentment. This is completely normal – so do not worry that something is wrong with you or that you are overly emotional, because many people have ridden this emotional roller-coaster before.
Conflict and Still Keeping the Happiness

I was out of touch with a group I belong to over this 4th of July weekend. Now I am playing catch up. It has saddened me just a little in reading what has been happening when it comes to an article on “How to Cheat at Writing,” Putting things in your own words isn’t cheating, it is telling a story your way!
Here is what I have found:
When it comes to reading articles or books (relating to answers to problems or self-improvement, etc.) that 2 or more people can have the same thing to say, but using different words is wonderful.
De-junk your life, for increased happiness within
By · Comments If things are getting on top of you, perhaps it’s time to do some radical de-junking.
Sometimes when our minds are full of clutter – things to do, worries and stresses – it can make a real difference to you if your external environment is completely clear of junk.
Creative people tend to make clutter as they go along, and houses can quickly become full of stuff. Having piles of paperwork lying around, or too much furniture, can really affect your mood.
Give me 2 minutes and I’ll give you happiness!
By · CommentsI received this in an e-mail from a friend of mine by the name of Audrey Biloon. My goal in doing this article is to show everyone how fortune we are and how grateful we should be to all the men and women in uniform in every free country around the world.
This came from a Marine unit over in Iraq … Their wish is to send it to as many people in the country and world as possible.
(Be sure to read their note at the end). Hopefully we can help them achieve their goal

Happiness versus productivity

The question has been given to me by Corinne Edward: “How we feel we have to be productive in order to justify our being on this planet.” I would say that this is a why we feel we have to be productive in order to justify our being on this planet. What do you think?
My answer to that question is actually very simple: Society
An example of this is: You are at a social even; what is one of the first questions someone will ask you? “What do you do?”
The power of wasting time

What sort of week have you had? If you’re anything like me, this week has shot past at a hundred miles an hour, leaving you wondering where the time has gone, and what the heck you’ve managed to achieve.
We live in stressful times, and hours and minutes can sometimes be more valuable to us than money or possessions. It’s the one thing you can’t buy, and time is becoming more precious to us as we get busier and our lives fill up. E-mail, mobile phones and online messaging mean that we are on call at all hours, whereas a few years ago we knew that we could hide away indoors and not have to speak to anyone if someone needed us to do some work out of hours!
Why talking boost happiness levels
By · CommentsI have a friend who is a psychotherapist. Every day, she goes in to a clinic and meets
patients who offload their problems on to her. She listens, and works with them to get them to be happy. Over the course of the day, she meets a procession of depressed, anxious, frightened, lonely and upset people. She has to listen to a constant barrage of misery, poured out from each of the people she supports.
My friend is one of the happiest people I know.
Love yourself, to get to Happy

Sometimes, we can be our own worst critic when it comes to judging ourselves, and our actions. Have you ever heard a stunning person say “I look so ugly today”, or “Why would anyone want to be with me?”
The trouble is, even when the whole world can see that you are a loving, attractive and generally great person, you can’t see it yourself. It takes a real effort of will for people with low self-esteem to learn to love themselves. This can make the difference between feeling down, and feeling happy.
