Last night as I was laying in bed I got to thinking how it is politically correct to say Happy Holidays to people rather than Merry Christmas.
After thinking about this for some time I decided I didn’t want any part of being politically correct on this matter.
In Matthew 26:69 it talks about Peter denying Jesus three times before the rooster crows. Peter did do this three times and when the rooster crowed, he remember what Jesus had said, “Before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.” Peter wept!
We all have to face adversity in our lives. Those stressful event that can change our lives forever. Maybe a loved one dies, our relationship or marriage ends, or the dreaded pink slip and of course natural disaster can occur.
Some can find themselves over whelmed and just want to stop the world and get off. Then there are other that just seem to roll with the bunch; without even blinking an eye.
When we learn how to be resilient in the face of adversity we come out stronger and have the ability to survive anything that life can throw our way. We are like that big old oak tree that knows how to bend with the wind.
Ok, ladies it is true “WE ARE NOT PERFECT” and there are women out there that make us look really bad, just like there are men out there that make the good man look bad. This door swings both ways.
Gentlemen I am here to point out these 7 warning signs when it comes to women.
I few days ago my hubby and I had a little disagreement that would have turned into something major if we hadn’t sat down and really talked about the problem. (We call it rolling our marbles)
Communication is the best way to solve any problem. World leaders communicate to try and make the world a better place, communities communicate to make better communities and we communicate with each other over the internet trying to build something and make life better.
Right now we are all wondering what we can do when it comes to gas prices. Let’s be honest, these oil companies are taking food off our tables. Here is a video that I made with a solution to this problem, but I need your help! Please take 5 minutes of your time to listen to it.
What do you think of my idea? We can create a gas war if we all work together and only buy our gas from Conoco gas stations. Let me explain a little more how this works.
Yesterday I had to go up to a daughter’s house to watch my 3 year old grandson while his mother and sister went to the dentist. My first thought when she asked was,” Darn I should stay home and get my work done and make a post.” However after giving it some thought I figured I don’t get many chances to watch him, so this would be good!
Here is the deal; she lives about 45 miles from me, so I always pack a lunch on my way up north. Yes, it is clear across the city. (Just joking about the lunch) On my way up there I was thinking about what I had to be thankful.
When it comes to happiness I have come to the conclusion that happiness has a lot to do with relationships. I put up a survey on my site asking my reader’s what they would like to learn more about and it looks like relationships is the winner.
To start this off right I believe and e-book would be the best way to go, but I need your help. Blogging is all about supporting one another and building a community online and that is where you come in. I don’t know about you, but I have the answer to many questions, but don’t have the answer to all of them. I am all about learning on a daily bases.
Here are 5 tips for finding happiness and starting the year off right: 
1. Enjoying what you have: Ok you didn’t get what you really wanted for Christmas, but I bet you had a wonderful time with the people you love. Little things really add up and we have a way of overlooking them. What do you have that you are forgetting to enjoy?
I have to be honest with you when it comes to finding happiness and building this blog. I was one of those bloggers that was just floundering out there in the middle of cyber space and had no idea what I was really doing or needed to do. Then came along the Income Blogging Guide! What a relieve this was to me.
