Does Happiness Come Down to One Solitary Life?
Posted by: | CommentsHere is a video about “One Solitary Life.” Can you find happiness by accepting this One Solitary Life?
I have to admit that this is why I found my happiness within. No I am not one of those people that go to church every chance I get. In fact I probably should go to church. I go when the little ones get baptized and maybe on a special occasion, but don’t count on it. When my children were younger I did make sure we went to church and they went to Sunday school just so they were given the opportunity to learn about Christianity like I was.

Is Your Child Emotionally Happy?
Posted by: | CommentsShallon Caldwell (my daughter)runs the Missing Children Task Force, a nonprofit organization in Colorado, that aids parents and law enforcement in the location and recover on missing children.
You are probably wondering what this has to do with happiness. A lot of the children that she looks for can be a runaway child or children that have gotten mixed up with the wrong people, because they are looking for happiness and love.
Choose Happiness and Bless the Parents Who Drugged Us!
Posted by: | CommentsKids clearly aren’t being raise like we were.
Are they going to have happiness within as adults? Yes, when I was a teenage; drugs were arriving on the scene, but it obviously was not from our parent’s medicine cabinets. You could still go to the drug store and get cold remedies over the counter without them having to check to see when the last time you were in to buy some of these remedies.
When we were young “God bless the parents who drugged us.”, so we could be well adjusted and able to choose happiness.
Happiness Within Comes With Organization!
Posted by: | CommentsClutter can mess up your happiness within. I don’t know about you, but if my house gets to messy, really I am not a happy person until I do something about it. How about you? With everyone living a busy life this can be very hard to keep up with sometimes. In my Free e-book I go over this problem.
It is very important. The space around you obviously is a good indication of what is happening inside of you. If the space around you is cluttered it is a fair bet that your mind is cluttered, too.
To start with, is it apparently clear you have too much stuff? Is there stuff in ever empty space you have? If you have ever corner and shelf in your house full of stuff you probably have too much stuff.
Here are 4 questions to ask yourself about an item you don’t know what to do with.
1. Have I really used this item recently?
2. Does this item help me in any way or for my goals in life?
3. Do I really need to own this item?
4. Does it serve a purpose in my life anymore?
If the answer is no, to all four questions, it is definitely time to let it move on for a higher purpose. It is just taking up space in your house.
Clutter in your home is always right there in your face, it certainly can make you feel closed in. The thicker your clutter is, the less efficiently you can do anything. It gets in your way. Remember you would rather live in the world then accumulate part of the world. The less clutter you have I will guarantee the happier you will be. You can focus more clearly on what matters.
“Clutter keeps us from living the lives we want.” says Peter Walsh.
Here are five tips that can help with your clutter:
1.Double bag it: Take 10 minutes before dinner every night. Give every member of your family 2 trash bags, one for trash and one for charity. Now go to ever room and start picking up and placing them in the bags.
2. Get rid of the gadgets not used: Dump the contents of the junk draws in a box. Each time you use an item, put it back into the draw. After one month you’ll see which items you don’t use and you can disregard them.
3. Rule of Thumb: Get one, give one. When you buy a new book, give one a away. New purse, give one away and the list goes on.
4. Clean out the closet: Hang your clothes with hangers facing one way. After you wear and item, replace it with the hanger facing the other direction. This will help remind you of what clothes you don’t wear and can give to charity.
5. You don’t need the object, you have the memory: Let’s face it we all keep things because of memories. Remember those flowers from prom 30 years ago. You really don’t need that mess. For the ones that you really want to keep, find a chest to put them in. By doing this you have all your memories organized and in one place.
Now isn’t it time to De-junk and get happy? You are honestly going to love the way it makes you feel!

Choose happiness with Happy Thoughts
Posted by: | CommentsIn an average day it is estimated that we have around 60,000 thoughts. Have you consciously wondered how many of your thoughts are happy thoughts?
Let’s face it happy people think more happy thoughts than unhappy people. It sure doesn’t take rocket science to figure that out. Clearly when we think happy thoughts, we create our happiness within, which obviously leads to a happier out come in any situation.
Happy thoughts connect us and give confidence and courage to act, which in turn empowers us to believe. Obviously is this going to help live our lives according to our hopes and dreams.

Choosing Happiness Means Learning Self-Discipline and the Money Shall Certainly Follow
Posted by: | CommentsThe Law of Concentration says that, “Whatever you dwell upon, grows and increases in your life.”

I learn this lesson years ago when I was a single parent trying to raise 3 daughters. The more I thought about the money I didn’t have the less money I had. To correct this problem I started doing a lot of reading about my self-discipline and character. Learning about whom I really was and what I realized; that who I was is how I saw myself. Obviously this was not good. I made the choice to change how I seen myself and that changed who I was.
