SELF-NURTURING

Rebutting your critical inner voice is an important step, but it is not enough. Since our self-esteem is in part due to how others have treated us in the past, the second step to more healthy self-esteem is to begin to treat you as a worthwhile person.  Always remember “God Doesn’t Make Junk.”

Yes, I am certainly a real person and apparently I have  my days just like the rest of you out there in cyber space.   That is why I find reading motivation or positive books (little or big) help me keep my attitude in line. Some days you have dig out the positive stuff more than others, but it instantly helps me.  If you can find the Love you can find the right attitude.
