Choose Happiness Even When the Crap Comes Down:
ByThis week has definitely been one of those weeks. Sorry if you thought I was neglecting you, I really wasn’t.
My little 20 month old granddaughter was put in the hospital, because of this RSV going around. Not really sure what this is, but she is one sick little girl. Now today she is starting to run a fever again. Wouldn’t be quite so bad, but she has sisters 6 and 4 that obviously need taken care of while mom and dad are at the hospital. At least I have been able to enjoy those two little ones even though they have been in school some of the time.
Before all this came down I was really excited about a guest post that I had the privilege of doing for “The Study Skill Mentor” . With the countless negatives the world brings about, sometimes people wonder how to keep motivated. I worked up tips from A to Z that can help with this problem. You can check it out with this link, “Motivation: The Heart of Happiness.”. While you are there you might be interested in checkout Ainslie Hunter’s Study Guides. She clearly has some good information to share.
I better get this posted, so I can go help with the little ones again. Thank you all for hanging in there with me, I really appreciate all of you. Hopefully we will get that little one feeling better soon, so life can get back to normal.
Thank you again,
Debbie Dee
P.S. By the way if any of you have little ones really watch out for this RSV stuff. They get what you think is a cold and then there are a few days where they feel better and then it hits again. Symptoms are sore throat, coughing and little fever. Hers has turned into viral pneumonia.
