Battling With Your Happiness, Get Empowered!

Conquer Your Unhappiness In 5 Simple Steps!
By · CommentsEveryone has his or her own definition of a happy life. If you want to choose happiness, you may want to model people who are living a happy life; this movie reminds me of these very people, “You Are The Light of the World.”
Here are 5 things that have helped me conquer unhappiness and find my happiness within:
1. Certainly enjoying what you have:
Don’t worry about what your neighbor has, so he bought a new car. Just be really grateful that you have a car and it starts when you turn the key on. Little things really add up and we have a way of overlooking them. What do you have that your forgetting to enjoy?
And it isn’t in there smile.
Why is it that some are people happy and others not so happy? There are clearly some difference in happy people and unhappy people.
Happy people have a totally different frame of mind then unhappy people. Maybe I’m not telling you anything you didn’t already know, but I live with a person that really isn’t the happiness man in the world. He worries too much. You can’t be happy if you are always worrying.
I have been keeping notes on my husband when it comes to his happiness and I have a list for you that I have clearly noticed between him and me.
Do You Make these Mistakes With Your Happiness?
By · CommentsDo you have a habit of putting things off that bring you joy?
People are doing this every day, because they haven’t thought about it, don’t have it on their schedule.
I got to thinking about this the other day when I hear about someone in a car accident on the way to work and they never made it to work or home for the evening again. I thought about all the people in the twin towers that never made it home that evening. Did they pass up a great meal the night before or playing with their children, because they had more important things to do?
What i can Teach You about change and finding happiness!
By · CommentsYaro says in his blog post; “What I Can Teach You About Getting What You Want;”
“Happiness is ultimately not in anyone else’s hands or controlled by any external element at all. It’s purely a choice you can make. As often as I can I choose to be happy. It’s not always as easy as that but by undertaking to change the way you think and create an ongoing positive dialogue with yourself you are both working towards the same goals – that’s you and your little voice – both aiming for happiness.”
This is really a crazy post, but occasionally it is nice to fall off the deep end a little bite.
Here is my problem, I am trying, to make this new e-book to give to all you beautiful people out there, but I have run into a bite of a problem. I can’t seem to figure out how to make my Table of Content.
Pretty soon I am going to do it the old fashion way. You know typing it in one line at a time.
