What You Can Do To Be Happy Right Now In Your Relationship

Laughter is the best medicine in the world and it is fun too.

In this post Dia from “2 Achieve Your Goals” explains why we need to laugh and how yogo laughter can help with this.  Laughter can take away stress, help us relax and make us healthier.

It is a known fact that laughter helps put more fun in your relationships and life.  Let’s face it; if a couple is having a disagreement and they start laughing the disagreement stops and the fun starts.

Here is a challenge for you.  Sit down with your spouse or partner and have a good laugh, for NO REASON once a day and see what happens in your relationship.

    I so agree with you on how laughter keeps things happy in a relationship. In my own relationship with my kids, my parents, my loved one – I find that I find humor in so many things – and we LAUGH so hard –

    Laughter is the best medicine. When I was in the hospital fighting cancer as a kid, I frequently would rent out America’s Funniest Home Videos to help me feel better.

    I know, those videos are often stupid, but as a kid it was quality…

    Great video here, I will have to share more laughter this week.
