Wouldn’t it be nice to create a culture of excellence where everyone worked together for the happiness of each other? Know I do not live in a dream world, but it is a thought and it is possible!
What it does take to build a world of excellence is a little more effort by everyone. Mac Anderson and Sam Parker wrote this book called “212: the Extra Degree.” What is the concept of 212 degree?.
At 212 degrees…it boils.
And with boiling water, comes steam.
And stream can power a locomotive.
And, it’s that one extra degree that…
Makes all the difference.
Many times in life and business it is that one extra degree of effort that really makes a difference. It separated good from the great.
What I really love about this concept is that 212 degree idea is that you can use it to fit your own needs. It can be service that you would like to reinforce, or attitude with leadership qualities.
After reading this powerfully book what sticks out in my mind is this: I found that it is very simple, but more importantly, very Memorable! If you’re trying to create a 212 Degree culture your people will get it and remember it! When anyone says; 212 Degree service, they’ll immediately know what you are talking about; that it is about attitude, teamwork and leadership.
This same concept works for happiness! Maybe one day you are happy and the next day your happiness level falls just a little. Learn how to turn it up that one degree and feel happiness at all times. It all comes down to your attitude and trying to see things on the positive side. Take a look at this beautiful movie and learn how easy it is to become happy day in and day out.
If you are interested in that one degree, Simple Truths has a special offer to help you create a 212 Degree culture. You can purchase a copy of their best-selling 212 Degree gift book and receive a FREE DVD and new silicon bracelet for yourself. It is a small investment on which you can get a great return! If not just enjoy the movie and come back anytime and watch it again.

Interesting analogy Debbie. Sometimes we can give up too early or focus too much on the negatives rather than counting our blessings. There is lot to be thankful for, don’t you think?

Yes, I truly believe there is a lot we can all be thankful for. I really started to find the happiness in life when I realized how lucky I was to have the people and little things in my life. Everyday I always remember to be grateful for those things. Happiness is a choice to be grateful and and a positive attitude. What every comes alone in life there is always a positive side.
May you always be blessed with happiness Patricia,
Debbie

Thank you very much. I was just looking at your website and was trying to find a place to comment when it comes to getting over a relationship. I have always felt that if you truly love some on you can let go of them, because of that love. You want what is best for there happiness, and knowing that there is someone else out there for you. True love does know when it walk away if the one you love is unhappy.
