It explains why some people are happy and others just can’t seem to get it. If there isn anything else i can do let me know.

  4. Thank you very much for yet another well written post, i Had fun looking through thearticle and i can’t wait for your next one:)

    • You are welcome.

  5. Debbie, those are excellent advices!

I’m really trying #3 (title of the book of your life). Nothing really comes to mind. I mean – how could you really simplify your life down to one statement? Ok, if it was a book that I was to sell, I’d probably go for some gimmicky title. But that wouldn’t really make me happier, would it? :)

#10 is going to stick with me for long :) Even though I don’t have “hate mondays” (I don’t even know when it’s a weekend, actually, I’m free to do whatever I want all the week and work whenever I please), but that’s an excellent analogy to offer to my friends who constantly complain about upcoming Monday :)

    Thanks again, Debbie, excellent advices!

    • Hi Slava,
Thank you! I thought #3 was an interesting question, but i went with it because I like questions that make one think. Gimmicky titles do work well. I like your thinking. When it comes to #10 yes I hear a lot of complain about Monday too. My thought is, if you didn’t have a job to go to on Monday wouldn’t that be worse? Unless of course you are self employed.
You are welcome and thank you for the comment. It is appreciated. I love getting feed back.
      To your happiness,

  6. Such a usefule blog…wow !!!!

    • Thank you very much.

  7. I love this post! It’s so much what I needed to read write now. These are important questions to ask one’s self, and yes, I do complain about lack of time, but there are things I do that probably do waste time. Thanks for for reminding me to take back some power in my life!

    • Hi there lovely lady. Have you found out about the lavender Yet? Glad you like the article. I love making people think. When it comes to time these day, I think it is a problem that we all have. However sometimes it is fun just to waste a little time. You have a beautiful day (guess it is evening where you are). And may you always be blessed with happiness.

  8. Asking yourself the right questions is probably the most difficult part about happiness. I’ve noticed that the wrong questions lead me in the wrong direction. When I started asking questions that lead my happiness the good feelings followed.

Great post! Love when someone gives me some fodder to contemplate my happiness.

    • Hi Karl,

Thank you very much Karl. You are right when it comes to asking yourself the right questions when it comes to happiness. Asking the right questions can really bring into focus the right attitude to open the doors to happiness. We can find out what our real priories are.
When we figure out those priories we can have a happy balance in our lives.
You stay happy now and have fun.

  9. Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting on the interview with Cyrus Webb. I appreciate your input.

This is a great list of questions about what makes you happy or doesn’t. I think when we live in harmony with our value system then we are happy. As I work on my recovery from incest, I become more in harmony with myself and I experience happiness and joy more.

    • Hi Patricia,
Your blog is great and I love learning from other people. One person never knows everything is my motto. We all have room to learn. You are right in living in harmony with our value system. When we throw away our own values we loss who we really are which in turn makes us unhappy.
You have had a hard road to travel and I am very proud of what you are accomplishing.
May you always find the happiness that you richly deserve.

  10. “I’d like to say that you always offer valid information and I have been an fascinated reader of your site for quite some time. I wanted to say thankyou really :) for all the good work you do!”

    • HI,
Thank you for the kind words, they are deeply appreciated. Everyone deserved to be happy and I am determined to help if at all possible. If there is anything you would like me to talk about when it comes to happiness just send me an email.
by the way you have a great solution of video games. Sometimes when we just need to get away from the world it is nice to have a video game to play. it is like reading a good book.
May you always be blessed with happiness.

  11. Thanks for the post. I had trouble reading it in Chrome but was fine in IE. Don’t know if thats just me or some else. Anyway, thanks again.

    • Sorry I am not the most technical person, so I am not sure what Chrome and IE mean. Let me know if there is something I need my tech guy to do that would help.
