Andrew,

It is amazing what positive thinking can do for a person. Years ago I learned that if you are not happy it is because of your thinking. Once you can turn that around it makes a completely different person. I like to think of it as a light being turned on all of the sudden in your head. I have to confess that I have used positive affirmation taped on my mirrors and other places in the home when I knew that I need to change my stinkin thinkin. (that's what I called in back then)

Debbie,

A lovely article - it's one of those articles where I didn't want it to stop!

I don't know anyone (closely) who has been through a similar experience.

But I am a positive thinking person. You may have heard me mention before that a few years ago I attended a course run by a guy called Lou Tice. The course was about positive thinking and affirmation - the course and Lou changed my life around.
