For myself I had to hit bottom years ago before I realized this. My hubby is out of balance and I haven't gotten through to him that this is his problem. Maybe one day it will sink in with him. Hi Ted,

You hit the nail on the head when you said, “realizing when we are out of balance”. For myself I had to hit bottom years ago before I realized this. But somehow that lack of balance in our lives creates this for us. The real difficulty is realizing when we are out of balance and that we have it within ourselves to fix the issue!
