How To Improve Your Happiness Within The Easy Way!
ByYou have got to go check this out. This friend of mine that lives in the UK has just made a great blog post. He has 50 tips to help with a happier life and they are really good. The one that I really think may help if you need to improve your happiness is tip number 16.
“Take note of when you are happy and why. These moments can be used as a focus for meditation and thoughtful relaxation, and once you know what makes you happy you can try to recreate those times more often,” Andrew says.
He talks mainly for people that work at home, but this one is going to help anyone, Even if you work outside the home.
Sometimes we don’t really understand what does make us happy. By taking notes when we have that happy moment it is going to lead us to understand exactly where our happy button is. Happy buttons can be just like hot buttons. You know when someone does something that just sets you off. Happy buttons are like that too. And if we can nail down what that happy button is you will be way ahead of the game.
One of my happy buttons is turning on some good music (The Boss works) when I have to clean house or even when I’m writing. The beat of the music just makes me go like the energizer bunny. Then when I am finished I sit down and admire my work and say; COOL, I like that or that feels good.
One of your happy buttons might be a funny joke or cartoon. When you find yourself smiling about something, remember to write down what is going through that smart head of yours. Then on those not so good days you can just look into your little notes and see what is going to change those gray skies.
Many people could benefit from some simple tips to improve their life, so go check out Andrews’s simple tips at We Build Your Blog.
From ways to succeed at work to how to relax, here are fifty tips to help turn your life around.
Happiness can be a way of life if we just pay attention to our hot buttons.
Let me know what you’re hot happy buttons are? Looking forward to learning about them. One thing though if I like them better than mine, do you give me permission to use them for myself?

Debbie,
Thanks for making reference to my blog post.
Number 16 is a great idea becasue you can use it for any emotion. I would suggest it’s used for positive emotions like confidence, though!
Andrew
Andrew,
You are right. You always want to write down only the positive emotions. Thanks for keeping me on track.
Positive and Happiness are like a horse and buggy, they just go together.
