Do You recongnize the early warning signs of needing help?

This is really a crazy post, but occasionally it is nice to fall off the deep end a little bite.

Help Me Find My Happiness Within

Here is my problem, I am trying, to make this new e-book to give to all you beautiful people out there, but I have run into a bite of a problem.  I can’t seem to figure out how to make my Table of Content.

Pretty soon I am going to do it the old fashion way.  You know typing it in one line at a time.

Anybody have any answers for me? I know they give you instructions on how to do this when you hit F1, but I just don’t seem to get it.  What can I say?

I know also that this post is supposed to be information to help keep all of you happy out there, but hey I am not above asking for help.  After all everybody needs help now and then and I happen to be in need of it right now.  HOW DO I MAKE A TABLE ON CONTENT in Micro Soft Word? That would be 2007 by the way.

One thing you have to say is that I definitely realize that if I knew how do  this it would take some frustration out of my day and save me some time , which in turn would bring my happiness level  WAY UP.

Don’t get me wrong at the moment I am happy and having a good day, just have this little problem.  By writing this post maybe I’ll meet a new person that has a way of putting things in the simplest form for us illiterate people when it comes to these computer programs and soft ware.

Go with me on this I am trying to make lemonade out of  my lemons.

Hope I haven’t disappointed anyone in the fact that now you know that I am human.  As Peter T. Mcintyre says, “Confidence comes not from always being right but from not fearing to be wrong.” Right now I am wrong if I think I can figure this out in a hurry.  So I’ll just say HELP!!! I’ll come clean, I just can’t figure out how to do this.

I never quit, so I’ll keep trying to figure it out if someone doesn’t come up with instruction for me.  I shall prevail, it just may take longer and this is ok.

With that said I will post this and send out my cry for help and then return to my document and see what I can do to help myself until help arrives.
