Choose happiness with Happy Thoughts

By Debbie Bills

In an average day it is estimated that we have around 60,000 thoughts.  Have you consciously wondered how many of your thoughts are happy thoughts?

Let’s face it happy people think more happy thoughts than unhappy people. It sure doesn’t take rocket science to figure that out.  Clearly when we think happy thoughts, we create our happiness within, which obviously leads to a happier out come in any situation.

Happy thoughts connect us and give confidence and courage to act, which in turn empowers us to believe.  Obviously is this going to help live our lives according to our hopes and dreams.

Emotions and thoughts of jealous, anger and fearfulness take us away from our own path and purpose.  Our negative thoughts strip us of our power and ability to act effectively. When we think fearful thoughts we become afraid and act defensively.  This is going to result in pushing people away from us and other possibilities away.  It is very likely that we would become lonely and more afraid.

An example of this is a friend that I know.  He always says, “Expect the worse and hope for the best.”  With these thoughts you are going to get the worst most of the time.  You are going to spend a lot of time just solving problems that you created without even realizing it.

Choose happiness through your happy thoughts and life is clearly more fun.  Happier thoughts clearly give you a stronger and more stable foundation to your life.  You are going to fine control within your life rather than being bounced around in life.

Happy thoughts and positive thoughts are extremely important.  We can shape our lives through the power in our thoughts.  We always say and think what we would like our lives to be like.  It is time to do more than think.  Get some action behind your thoughts.  We are given the means to become what we want to become.  If you are true to yourself you can accomplish anything.

Let’s change our habit to happy thoughts from here on out.  I guarantee it will change your life.

Don’t you deserve that change?
