Many times if we listen to ourselves, the self talk we say is not on the positive side and we do receive what we ask for. Then we can't figure out why things never go our way. Example of this is, "Why does this keep happening to me." Right there you affirm that what ever it is, it is going to keep happening. Hi Ben,

You are right. Unless you really like to experience what you ask for multiplied and returned to you, you better be sure that is what you want. This is the reason that I like positive affirmations. Many times if we listen to ourselves, the self talk we say is not on the positive side and we do receive what we ask for. Then we can’t figure out why things never go our way.

Example of this is, “Why does this keep happening to me.” Right there you affirm that what ever it is, it is going to keep happening.

With positive affirmation we can change our self talk and start think positive about life. It does make a big difference in ones life.
