		<description>Yes, me too.
I had much to overcome myself.

Sad to hear that you&#039;re mom never realized it.
I know my mom still struggles with finding her happiness.

You know what, I think its really neat that were able to discover how to create your own happiness, and now you are helping others to do the same.
The world needs you.

<description>Thank you Susan for your comment. What you say is so true. My mother had low self-esteem and she did pass it on to her children. It is something that I have had to overcome. The sad part is that bless her heart she didn&#039;t realize what she was doing to her children. I was fortune enough to realize my problem before I passed it on to my children.

		<description>Great article.
I agree, none of us were born with low self esteem.
Instead, we are born with curiosity, awe of life...
Everything is to be explored.

When I was a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern I worked a lot with children.
I actually thought I&#039;d go on to become a Child Psychologist.
Yet, after working with the mom&#039;s of these children what I discovered was the best thing I could ever do for a child was to empower their mother.

How we live... role model... this is how our children will live.
And, to the degree that we take care of ourselves, love ourselves authentically and enjoy life... well... our kids will follow that too.
