All the crap that I have gone through all these years is now doing some good. I always knew I was growing and learn for some reason.  It’s kind of like going to school for years wondering what you are going to do with all this information you are putting in your head.  The knowledge and wisdom, hey this takes time.  Then you find that one perfect job and all the pieces finally come together.

Would you please take note that I was addressed as “Dr Debbie” that made me happiness really grow. I look at this way, I earned the title do to the fact that it takes doctors years of training and schooling to be called Dr and it has taken me all 61 years to get the title.  (I know a woman is not suppose to tell her age), but I look really good for mine.  That’s a lot of training and learning, even when you are the one that has to learn things the hard way.  Always knew there was a reason for that too.

Anyway, I shall stay humble with my victory and if any one of you see that I could use a little more learning and wisdom, please don’t hesitate to let me know.  There is still room left in my head.

You see I’m really not much of a sales person, I just tell it like it is.  If you have a minute I’ll tell you a story about that.  I’ll make it short.

Years ago when I was a single parent I sold Mary Kay Cosmetic. (Love that stuff).  Anyway I had this class for skin care one evening.  Had 4 ladies there and one was what you would call a heckler; three of the four ladies bought everything I had put on their faces.   The fourth lady just kept giving me a bad time!  I finally gave up and just looked at her and said, “You know, if you want to look like a prune when you grow old, go ahead I really don’t care.” Hey, I was telling her what I really believed and guess what; she bought more than the other ladies.  I do hope she still uses the product, because it is great stuff.

If someone tried to take mine away from me I would probably beat them with a stick, just being honest.
