Choose Happiness, Not Flying Saucers or Balloons

Now really is a hoax going to help you find your happiness within? This is a good example of how screwed up people can be.  We want to be on TV and be recognized and are willing to make little children part of such a plan.  Least he could have done is made a better balloon with a smiley face.

I have to admit when my daughter called and told me to turn on the TV and I seen what was unfolding, the first thing I did is get down on my knees and say a prayer for this little 6 year old.  Evidently this little 6 year olds life was in danger.  How many of you out there were doing the same thing?

Don’t feel bad for falling for a hoax. Yes, at first I was angry and felt a little stupid myself.  Then I got to thinking about it.  Happiness within is not found trying to deceive people, and playing on their emotions.  What made me happy is to know that I can love and care about people I don’t even know.  This is one of the secrets to happiness, having a kind heart and caring about others.

What I find so very sad is these people are trying to find happiness within all the wrong ways.  They   obviously have very low self esteem.  Anyone that feels they have to find happiness being noticed by the world clearly has some issues.   This man and his family are falling for the old theory that, money, fame and world possessions are going to bring you happiness.

Please don’t get angry with yourself or feel stupid for being a caring human being.  If you haven’t found your happiness within you are evidently pretty close to it.  Stay with it and choose to be happy rather than looking in all the wrong places.

Look at this family and see the sadness in this situation and be proud of yourself.  Choose to be happy in your own back yard.  That’s where you will find it.
