		<description>Thank you for this article!! It is so true that as parents we can easily kill the joy by getting overly concerned or attached to what the media tells us we should do. 

I had this revelation yesterday as my kids walked out the door to their first day of school that I needed to take a breath and allow them to live their lives. Being in 1st and 5th grade, my kids have had many years of learning about my values and beliefs. They have their own opinions and tastes and it is time for them to explore without me getting so attached. I think everyone will feel happier in the long run.</description>
