See How Easy You to CAN Loss Weight and Be Happier
ByThis is what my Hubby looked like before he decide to loss weight.

This is his story:
When I first went on the diet I was very leery partly because of what my wife Debbie would say, that she noticed a definite change in me and it was not for the better when I tried diet stuff. I’m taking it that I would become moody or aggravated or something like that; anyway I take it that it was not good.
It may have been only diet pills or trying to go on and or stay on one those starvation diets or the count your intake diets, and like she said measuring everything. (That is assuming it is measurable and you do have the proper measuring utensils with the correct units of measure as directed by the diet).
Beside that, none of them worked anyway so why even try.
I guess the secret was that the doctor said that I should lose some weight. At 5’-9 ½” (10”) and 213 lbs., I kind of expected him to say something like that on my last physical. The doctor before had said that I also had high blood pressure and that my cholesterol was out of sight. This doctor kind of said that ya, it was a problem with the blood pressure and cholesterol, but he said the weight problem was the biggie.
I guess the reason I even tried to lose some weight was because I knew it was getting out of hand, (well let’s face it, it was out of hand), and he did give me some constructive criticism on methods which have been proven to work (at the time I think he said some dietitians’ or something along those lines, and of course I though “yaaa……right”), and it was not one of those quick, overnight weight loss programs which guarantees that you will lose 40 lbs overnight. Forgetting and Losing all the diet hype, I knew the only thing that I had to do was give it a try and be patient, and go through the program step by step if it was going to work. But like I said, I was not the proverbial optimist.
So I gave it a try (my initial thoughts were that it was only going to last a week or maybe two week max.)
Actually, what keep me going was within a short time, I could feel within my self that something was happening to my body. I can’t explain it, and I can’t say it will happen to anyone else, but that feeling helped me get through the first couple of weeks. Even after the first week I started to notice a change in the scales. Now actually I kind of tricked myself, because when I weighed in at the doctors office, I was fully clothed. When I weighted my self on the home scales I did it in the morning when you weigh less and without any cloths on. I know I cheated, and the only one I was fooling was myself, but it worked. After that it seemed like every morning I would jump on the scales (even though I know your not suppose the weigh your self any more than once a week, at least that’s what I have heard) I was able to actually see the improvement which in turn gave me the reinforcement to keep it up.
I do think I was lucky a bit, because at the time I was beginning the diet, I was also required to do more walking and moving than I normally did. This probably helped. (at least it couldn’t have hurt.)
Anyway, this went on a while, and now my goal of getting back to my initial goal of 165 lbs seems like it is more in reach than I thought could ever be possible.
I do have to admit though, that the closer I get the harder it is but that’s probably because I enjoying not having to stay strictly on any diet. But I am bound a determined that I am going to get there because now I know it is possible. by Steve Bills
Yes, he did make to 165 pounds. Here is the latest picture and it only took him less then 6 months to do this.

talk about a happy… guy! He feels good, looks much better even for his age. He can move faster too!
If you are interested in how he lost 48 lbs in less than 6 months let me know. Just feel out the comments and leave me your name and email address.
What is really neat is that, I have trouble comprehending how easy he lost this weight. He didn’t get hungry, count any calories, run a mile every day or weigh any food before eating it.
I have one very HAPPY…guy on my hands and it is wonderful.
The moral of the story is losing those extra pounds can boost your HAPPINESS.
Have a very Happy…and prosperous day!
